To Place an Order:

  1. Online on the Website: You can place an order using the order form on our website. Simply choose the desired products, go to your cart, and follow the instructions.

  2. By Phone: Call us at +38 (067) 255 72 12, and our experts will be happy to assist you and create your order.

  3. By Email: Send your orders to the email address sales@miniland.in.ua, and we will promptly respond and confirm your purchase.

 

Payment Methods:

  1. Online Card Payment on the Website (Liqpay): Conveniently and securely pay for your order on the website using the LiqPay service. After payment, a payment receipt will be sent to your email.
    ❕Important: When paying by card, please make sure to confirm your location if requested by your bank or payment service. Otherwise, the payment may be declined.

  2. Payment Upon Receipt at Our Museum Reception: Pay in cash or by card when receiving your order at our museum reception located at: Kyiv, Stepana Bandery Avenue, 34B, RC "Blockbuster."

  3. Payment Upon Receipt at a Nova Poshta Branch: Choose Nova Poshta delivery and select "Payment in Cash" in the "Payment" window. This option is available for orders within Ukraine.

  4. Bank Transfer: When placing an order via email (sales@miniland.in.ua) or by phone +38 (067) 255 72 12, we can issue an invoice for payment using your bank details.

 

Delivery Methods:

  1. Pickup: Orders placed with the pickup option can be collected by prior arrangement only at: Kyiv, 34V Stepana Bandery Avenue, Blockbuster Entertainment Centre, 2nd floor, according to the following schedule: 

    📍Sales Department:
    Mon-Fri: 11:00 - 18:00  

    📍From the museum reception:
    Wed-Fri: 15:00 - 20:00  
    Sat-Sun: 11:00 - 20:00  

  2. Nova Poshta: Choose one of the convenient options: delivery to a Nova Poshta branch/parcel locker or courier delivery to your address.

  3. International delivery: To place an international order, select the destination country and enter the recipient’s full address. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout.

❕International shipments are sent only after full prepayment of the order.

Order Processing: We process orders and provide feedback within one day. Order shipments take place within 1-2 working days, from Monday to Friday. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

Reservation for Self-Pickup: If you decide to pick up your order personally at our store, the reservation of the items lasts only for one day. Therefore, please do not delay your visit.

Before Making Payment: Prior to making the payment for your order, make sure to inspect the products for integrity and any defects, especially if you have chosen courier delivery. We remind you that all shipments are insured for your peace of mind and safety.
